Designed for students who have some previous tap dance experience and want to improve their skills, technique, and performance quality in the genre. This class will focus on honoring the fundamental and historical roots of tap while incorporating modern movement, rhythm, and aesthetics.
Nicole Hadley is the assistant board director for All American Cloggers and an expert in rhythm dance and percussive dance instruction. She won the Utah Tap Fest cutting contest in 2021 and 2022 and as faculty member in the Dixie State dance department, she helped bring the documentary American Tap to St. George. Nicole studied with Tony award winning Henry LeTang and spent two years taking advanced tap classes at the Broadway Dance Center in Manhattan. She co-choreographed 42nd Street for St. George Musical Theater and holds degrees in literature, advertising and education. Recent collaborations include: TedXStGeorge, Utah Tech Symphonic Band, Nascar.
