Show with a Pro: Why A Christmas Carol Means So Much to Us

Every year, we look forward to A Christmas Carol. We are proud of the performance and the production, but that is only part of it. A Christmas Carol is also an important part of our educational programming.

It is our Show with a Pro. Each year we bring in professionals like Corbin Allred and Adam Cheney to work with our Young Artists, to challenge them on a higher level, and to play the role of mentor, both onstage and off.

Learning from great mentors

We love this program because it gives our Young Artists the opportunity to work alongside these great mentors and learn from them. Corbin and Adam are qualified not only by their years of experience working professionally, but by their passion for these Young Artists and their growth.

The Christmas Carol story and experience also feed into our mission perfectly.

Built together, on purpose

This show and this program were developed specifically in tandem. We knew how important it would be to create an opportunity like this, one you cannot find anywhere else.

Thank you

We are so grateful to Corbin and Adam for all their hard work, for the passion they bring, and for the great example they are to our Young Artists. We are also fortunate to work with Kelby Tyrrell and Leslie Scott, who are professionals as well, and who lead and teach by example.

We are proud of our stacked production team, of all the good people we get to work with, and of the impact it makes on our community.
