Dear Encore Families and Young Artists,

Encore Performing Arts is excited to announce auditions for our upcoming youth production of Disney’s The Lion King Kids, featuring performers ages 7–12.

Step onto the African savanna and into one of Disney’s most beloved and visually exciting stories. The Lion King Kids. is a joyful celebration of friendship, courage, responsibility, and discovering who you are. This production gives young artists the chance to grow as singers, dancers, and actors while learning the importance of teamwork, focus, and supporting one another on stage.

We are looking for enthusiastic performers who are ready to learn, try new things, and bring energy and heart to the rehearsal process. Whether you love to sing, move, act, or are excited to explore all three, this show offers a fun and meaningful opportunity to build confidence and stage skills in a supportive environment.

AUDITION PREPARATION

• 16 bars of a song that shows off your voice

• A printed headshot and resume (if available — no worries if this is your first audition!)

• Clothes and shoes suitable for a movement-based dance call

• A complete list of all conflicts for the rehearsal period (dates to be announced)
