Encore Performing Arts is excited to announce auditions for Little Women: The Musical, based on the beloved novel by Louisa May Alcott. Set during and after the Civil War, the musical follows sisters Jo, Meg, Beth, and Amy as they navigate family, love, loss, and the pursuit of their dreams—brought to life through a soaring score and richly drawn characters.

This production challenges young artists in acting, vocal performance, and character development. We're seeking dedicated performers ages 13–18 who are ready to commit to a collaborative rehearsal process and contribute to a supportive ensemble. Whether you're experienced or taking the next step in your theatrical journey, Little Women offers a rewarding and memorable experience.

AUDITION PREPARATION

• 16–32 bars of a musical theater song that showcases your vocal strengths

• A printed headshot and resume

• Clothes and shoes suitable for a movement-based dance call

• A complete list of all conflicts for the rehearsal period
